Cook the rice but not the broccoli. Mix the wet ingredients,then the broccoli. When you mix the wet ingredients,mix in whatever spices you want to use. Cook the onions in the er until they are transparent,then add the flour and cook and stir(add a little milk to make it creamy). Mix this into the broccoli. I have never used cheese whiz but you can use cubed velveeta,about a pound. It melts better than other cheese. Cook this at 350 for about 45 mins. You can sprinkle some bread crumbs on top 5 mins. before it's done.

Why is Microsoft ignoring code 646 (KB Office/Outlook files) when it is epidemic.?

I see hundreds of the same complaint (all KB files related to Office or Outlook, started maybe Mid Oct, and no one specific fix seems to work). Microsoft tech even uses a shotgun approach without any logic. They should be sued, in my opinion. But surprise; I did nothing in the way of a fix and suddenly today 3 of these files installed automatically and successfully. Two optional ones are still offered but I did not install yet, Microsoft should come out with an "Update to Update a Defective Update" rather than the public battering their brains through a wall. I think they rather have the public think it is their computer problem rather than the update package in question of the Vista system itself. Very Slow Startup after installing Windows XP Service Pack 2?

I recently changed back from Windows Vista back to Xp Professional. I did a full format on my hard drive and did a fresh Windows install. I did not have any problems until I installed service pack 2. Now when I turn the computer on, I get a black loading screen before the windows welcome logo. It is a solid black screen with a white loading bar on the bottom. It takes the computer roughly 5-10 minutes to load before I get the Windows XP loading screen. Everything after this black and white loading screen runs fine with no slow downs. I have tried running Registry Mechanic, and Spyware and Virus detection software and have found no problems. I have also installed the Windows Service Pack 3 and all available updates, and I still have the problem with the Black loading screen. Does anyone know of any solution to this problem, or know if anyone else is having the same problem?

My vision basically stabilized until I got a new computer and started going on it all the time, as using the computer so much made me more nearsighted by around -.5. I grew .5 in the last year because of my new computer and my addiction to it. NOw that I'll stop using the computer, will my vision likely get worse? Problems with an ex friend?

Sorry this is gonna be a bit long. I am a sopre in college and over last year, I became good friends with a group of people. One girl(lets call her Mary for the sake of things) was the one that I thought I was closest to. When we got back to school this year, she and 3 of the other girls we hang out with were all in a quad together, and me and 2 other girls who are friends with them, lived down the hall. Immediately I noticed that Mary was acting different then the way she was last year. She is very child like at heart, but never went to far with it to where it got on peoples nerves. Now though she was still acting child like but in a bad way. She was being bratty and very selfish at times. We went to the mall a few weeks ago and began to repeat the same phrase over and over again and wouldn't stop and it started getting on our one friends nerves real bad, and when I asked her to stop she snapped at me and said it was her car, and that she could do what she wanted in it and if we didn't like it get out and walk back. I held my tongue and let it go, thinking not to start anything. But then a few days latter we were sitting in the quad that they live in watch tv. At first we were watching House but then one girl( call her Sam) changed the channel during commercials, and Mary saw Dancing With the Stars was on and asked to keep on that channel. We did but when commercials came on Sam went to go change the channel and Mary immediately stopped her, took the remote from her, and was playing keep away with it. I saw this and thought, let me just change the channel manually and be done with it, its just one channel down. The minute I changed the channel though, Mary started angrily telling me to change it back and sit the hell down. She was talking down to me like you would to a dog that just did something really bad. She finally told me to sit my a** down or get out of her room. In a moment of anger I told her to go f**k herself, grabbed my things and left. There was only one other person in the room who lived there, and she said nothing. The other to were out at the moment, and it was just me, Mary, Sam, and this one other girl who lives in the hall. Since then, Mary has ignored my existence and has made me feel unwelcome when ever I'm around. She defriended and blocked me on facebook, she treats me like I'm invisible, and trys to justify it by saying she is doing this because of things that happened last year, that I apologized for and don't warrant this kind of treatment. And now its worse, cause when ever one of her roommates does something with me I feel like she retaliates against them because of it. Me and her one roommate who wasn't there for the fight wanted to watch something Tuesday. When we talked about it while she was in the room, she reacted by putting a movie in an hour before the show we wanted to watch was to be on just so we couldn't watch it there. Then I left to go somewhere for a minute. When I came back, the door was closed and lock. I knocked but Mary kept saying she didn't see anyone through the pep hole and when her roommate told her it was me, she then said she wasn't gonna open the door at all then. Needless to say, me and her roommate watched the show in my room. I stood up to her and she is treating me like crap, and even though 2 people have talked to her, no one seems to really have my back on this. They all keep saying that she is in the wrong and acting childish, and I did nothing wrong, but that seems to be the only support they're giving me. Part of me wants them to stopping being her friend, but that's selfish and I would never ask that of them, but I don't feel like they're there for me. And feel bad when Mary is mean to them cause they are doing something with me. I'm thinking of asking an R.A. or counselor for help, but I don't want to cause anymore trouble then I already have. Just yesterday I got a terrible back pain. Its not like its on my backbone or anything, its kinda off to the side. Its on the top-right part of my back. Its not my shoulder or anything. Its hard to pinpoint the location the pain is coming from. It feels like a muscle or something is tied in a knot and it randomly gets tighter or with movement becomes more painful. I basically watched tv all day yesterday and used one of those heating pad things which gave temporary relief, but it is difficult to even get up for a snack or something. I woke up this morning hoping for it to feel better than yesterday but I think it just got worse. I've been taking plenty of advil and I'm using a heating pad but nothing seems to be helping. I work out for two hours every mon, wed, and fri morning, so it might be something to do with that, but to me this seems to be strange because I am only 14. My engine sounds like it should go faster?

1972 Glastron 17.5 ft swinger v-177 tri hull with volvo penta AQ130C and 270 outdrive. first time working on boat engines, first time we had it on the water yesterday. To me, it sounded like we should have been going faster than what we were going by the way the engine sounded, it was going right up to 6000 rpm on the quage(max rpm it shows) and it didnt sound like it was that high rpm but you could tell it was high, but we would only be going about 25-30 mph. and when the rpms said 4000 we would go about 15. Does that sound right? i figured i could water ski behind this bu ti need to go atleast 36 mph and not be redlining the engine the whole way. Could the timing be off do that?

I'm a CPS worker and have had very similar cases to this - where we removed from one parent and the other is interested in custody and not a danger to the child - so the other parent gets custody. If you have a large budget, look into moving to Midtown or Downtown Houston. You can ride the rail there if you want. I don't know Houston that well because I have only lived here about 2 years, and that is enough for me. If you are looking for reasonable, then there are some good deals on the Southwest side, off of Westheimer, but you need to be careful because you could get into a dangerous situation. Looking at crime reports is not that helpful when moving to a large city because there is so much crime to begin with, it is hard to tell where it is really dangerous. River Oaks is nice and expensive. Steer clear of Gessner and I-10, that area around Memorial City is dangerous. Anything on I-45 outside of downtown is scary. Your best bet is Midtown and Downtown. I hear Katy is nice, but it is about 15 miles outside of Houston.

Why is Adrian Peterson a unanimous #1 pick?

I don't get why Peterson is a unanimous #1 overall pick in standard scoring leagues. He was 9th in total fantasy scoring last year, and behind unanimous #2 selection Michael Turner. Why is Peterson favored so much? Sure Turner hit the 370-carry mark last season, but that was just his first full year of duty. In PPR leagues Maurice Jones-Drew or Matt Forte should be heavily favored over Peterson. I could even make an argument for MJD over Peterson in standard scoring Yahoo! leagues. Pro-rate MJD's carries over 16 games as a starter, and you're looking at at least 1,200 yards/12 TDs rushing, and 650/2 TDs receiving. Add that up and you have 1,850 total yards and 14 TDs (as the feature back 16 TDs is highly achievable). Peterson is highly unlikely to reach those numbers. Figuring in PPR, MJD and Forte get another 60 points that Peterson doesn't, which strengthens my argument against Peterson. I'm not arguing about real play ability here, but rather fantasy points. I would pick Peterson with my first pick if I was starting an NFL team, but not so fast for fantasy.

My mother in law in Texas received a letter today from an attorney at law, stating that while they are not the firm suing her, they searched our county courthouse records and discovered that she is being sued by Capital One (whom she does owe money to on a defaulted credit card from 04 which is likely reaching its SOL). They say that we may not have received notice of it (the suit) yet but they can help her by filing bankruptcy, etc. At this point she has received no summons or information or anything from court. I want to know if this is legit and is she likely to be served in the near future. I also want to know how is it legal for just any old body to go searching courthouse records to see who is being litigated against. Is this just a collection agency scare-tactic or is it for real?
