Want to Know How Bush Katrina'd Himself?

Still blaming Katrina on Bush? What about the Louisiana Govt.? Did they play any part in it, how about the people that were given 48 hours to evacuate and urged to do so, they were on CNN talking about how they have been braving these storms for years, this one would be no different, we choose to stay here. I sure am glad Bush is around so you have someone to point the finger at, otherwise you would explode.
