Please help I don't know what to do?

Last night i was abducted by aliens and they surgically removed my brain. I really need it back cause i have an AP Math test tomorrow, how do i connect with these extra terrestrial beings so that i can get my brain back. I dont know how they surgically removes my brain, probably with some teleportation method, i did the calculations and it worked out. Why did the aliens even want my brain? maybe cause im so smart and im in AP MATH, they must unlock the secrets of the universe with my great brain. please tell me what to do guys, i really need my brain back.
