Real Estaters/ appraisers. Looking for info on how much value a couple of reno's will add to houses value???

Sorry, but the best answer is "something". These renovations would help your house sell quicker, but there is not magical dollar for dollar answer (despite what you see on TV; that's just TV, not the real world). Logically, any dollar you spend on your property will increase the value because you have now made the property better than it used to be. If these improvements are for your benefit, then go ahead and make yourself happy. If these are to help your house sell, then do it and improve your property amidst the others on the market. A local Realtor can ist you in setting the listing price after you make these reno's, but don't expect to gain $10 for every $1 you spend. That's TV fantasy (sorry for soap-boxing, but I'm in a mood tonight).
