Whay would you do or what do u suggest I do?

Me and my ex financed a car awhile back. I am the primary person on the loan and i give her half of the payment each month. She has the car and now behind on the payments. The only reason I havent took action is because if I do, then my daughter will have no transportation to daycare. I want to go get the van and tell her to talk to her parents about co-signing for her because my car is now broke down and i cant get a loan cuz i am late on the loan i have jointly with my ex. What should i do or what would do. I am taking your answers seriously.
