Gall bladder problems and gall stones?

my mother has just been told she needs to have her gall bladder removed as her gall stones have damaged it but while she is on the waiting list she has been told to go onto a complete fat free diet and she is stuck for ideas if anyone could send me a few decent recipes i would be most grateful as she can only thing of grilled chicken or turkey and she is getting sick of it
