Rabbit Question, pls help!!!?

What do you know and or think about a rabbit "pen"? Would that be better than just a hutch? It would be indoors. Would have a hutch inside where it can sleep and be alone. We have carpeted floors, what could I put down to keep it clean? Am going to litter train y rabbit. Any advice would be great!! Thanx in advance! :)
