since he is a 17 most likely his license will be revoked. if the person who got the ticket is under 18, the driver MIGHT have to pay the ticket for that person (that's what happened when i wasn't wearing it, my brother got it). the prices, you guys will have to find that on your own. different county, different price to pay.
