Fifa 11 wii can you change the transfer type to money instead of the stupid star system?

fifa 09 on wii had a great transfer system but fifa 11's game play is great but they have some really radiculous star system, theres no negotiation just if you have the stars you get the player.and i want to know if you can change it to money? And also on streets to stadiums i cant get into a good premier league club my overall is 90 what am i doing wrong im only getting contracts from clubs in the coca-cola league.
