Those bad bad bad bad boys?

Alright....since the beginning of time we have had crime, since Jesus walked the earth. Crime will never be eradicated, and in this country we adopted the unfortunate system of jails and prisons, but let's face it, IF we didn't have jail or prison a lot of people would be commiting MORE crimes because they wouldn't have jail or prison for punishment. I mean, true some people are repeat offenders and will NEVER change. Some people are sociopaths and will be criminal again and again, so if you think counseling will help, they can pull the wool over anyone's eyes. the economy will NEVER be perfect, there will always be the dissatisfied lover, the poor man, the alcoholic and the druggie,, so looks like crime will continue. Crime is basically a mirror of all of the problems in society. Perfect society is non-existent.
