Tax rebate when hubby has a tax id number?

my husband and i file jointly with him as head of household. he uses a tax id number and not a ssn, so he is not eligible for the tax rebate. however, i use a ssn and made more than $3000 and way less than $72000 in 2007. I did not recieve one of those tax rebates letters, so i'm wondering if i'll be overlooked or if there's something i'll have to do to make sure i recieve it.
