Is it normal? for girls only?

i haven't had my menstruation for this month yet but i kept having this brownish - blackish discharge almost everyday.... also, i don't kow if it's normal or not... i really don't know the parts of a ..but i have this some kind of flange of flesh prtotruding... its sort of an excess flesh, like something that you can stretch but it does not hurt.. is it part of the ? is it normal?
