I need answers! PLZ!!?

Ok at first this guy was supr nice complimenting me on everythinG!!! Schoolwork drawings EVERYTHING!!! Hes kind of qourky, but anyway i liked him alot then his friend told my friend he liked me. But his friend is a totall joke so me and my friend took it as a joke! Then he started poking fun at me! THen i got pissed! and he said I'm stopping cuz i dnt want u to kill me. He picks on me every once in a while now. And him and his friends are always talking about me, not mean things just talking, and my friends tell me thiss all the time. He talks to me now once in a while but not alot. thro i flirt with him occasionally. He hangs out with his ex alot but does he like me or no???
