I am a Used Car Dealer. I have to start using the retail installment sales contract.?

Does anyone know if there is a formula that you use to figure finance charges and annual percentage rates on the Federal Truth and Lending Disclosures contract. I'm not sure how to fill out the paperwork because it seems so complicated to me. Maybe I am stupid but it is complicated to me. Pat
