Get a blue tooth. Hands free. Then talking would be as easy as having a penger to talk to. As for the rest of the world, give up their cell phones? Not gonna happen. They still have radios in cars, and it's a distraction to change channels. The radios are getting more and more complicated too, more functions, smaller displays. It isnt the gadget that is the problem, it's the driver not paying attention. Take away the cell phone, they might get a laptop on the seat next to them. That's not illegal yet.
