Is attacking drinking more important than attacking smoking? Debate

Please, I would just like some opinions on this. My team is negating, so arguments on that side is probably more helpful, but all oppinions are greatly appreciated. I am doing my own brainstorming and research, as well as torturing my friends for their views, but this is for a semi-final and is quite competitive so I need more view points if my team is going to win, as well as having a good idea about what the other team might come up with.
